Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page link building, and technical SEO audits.
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-value keywords for our target audience.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Off-Page Optimization: Build high-quality backlinks through various strategies, including guest blogging, outreach, and content marketing.
- Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and crawl errors.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content that attracts and engages our target audience.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in SEO best practices.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing and SEO. (Specify desired experience level)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as social media marketing and paid advertising, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into compelling and engaging videos for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, marketing campaigns, internal communications).
- Collaborate with the creative team (including producers, writers, and designers) to understand project briefs and objectives.
- Select and incorporate appropriate music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the video’s impact.
- Ensure consistent branding and style across all video projects.
- Maintain an organized archive of video footage and project files.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and trends.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and ensure high-quality output.
- Review and quality-check all completed videos before final delivery.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and resolutions.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
