Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
- Website Design: Design, development, and launch of a custom website based on the client’s specifications.
- Graphic Design: Creation of various graphic elements, including logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral.
- Video Editing: Editing and post-production of video content, such as commercials, promotional videos, and event coverage.
- Event Management: Planning, organizing, and executing events, including corporate events, conferences, and weddings.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear and accurate information, assets, and materials as requested.
- Review and approve drafts and proofs in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all content provided complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Pay all fees and charges as outlined in the agreement.
3. Project Timeline and Deadlines
- Sanekt Software Solution will provide an estimated project timeline.
- The client acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may affect the timeline.
- Both parties will strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
4. Intellectual Property
- Sanekt Software Solution retains ownership of its proprietary software, templates, and tools.
- The client will own the final product created (website, graphic designs, videos, etc.).
- The client grants Sanekt Software Solution a non-exclusive license to use the client’s content for the purpose of completing the project.
5. Revisions and Changes
- A reasonable number of revisions may be requested by the client.
- Major changes after project commencement may result in additional fees.
- Sanekt Software Solution reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or excessive revisions.
6. Cancellation and Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement for cause (e.g., breach of contract).
- In case of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the date of termination check our: Payment & Refunds Policy.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the project.
8. Entire Agreement
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
